Hi, I’m Rory; a graphic designer who cares as much about people as I do about the work itself. I’m drawn to design because it’s one of the few places where form, story, and lived experience intersect. It’s a way of making ideas tangible, of giving shape to things that are hard to name.
I’m especially interested in how design can surface the systems that shape us; the cultural norms, inherited beliefs, and structures of power that often go unquestioned. I don’t think design fixes everything, but I do believe it can illuminate the cracks, ask better questions, and make space for people to rethink what they’ve always been told. My work often sits in that tension: part research, part critique, part invitation.
Outside of my studio practice, sound influences how I see and make. I play with music and experimental audio as another way of understanding rhythm, empathy, and emotion — the same elements that anchor my visual work.
At my core, I want to make design that’s honest, curious, and human — work that connects, challenges, and opens up possibilities for thinking and being differently.
If you’d like to connect, collaborate, or just share ideas, I’d love to hear from you.
Thank you!
